Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is my Lifeline Membership transferable?

Lifeline Memberships are tied to the individual. The benefits and discounts can only be received by the registered individual, therefore our memberships are non-transferable. Changing of members can only occur during the renewal of membership and in special cases such as someone's passing.

For member change requests please reach out to our customer care team here.

What is Lifeline's Coverage area?

Lifeline's EQR service is available in Metro Manila and its adjacent provinces.

  • San Pedro - Laguna
  • Bacoor - Cavite
  • Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo - Rizal

Can I make use of Lifeline's Services outside Metro Manila and Lifeline's Coverage Area?

Yes of course! There is only an additional kilometer charge of P100/km charged both ways.

What does it mean to register a principal address?

Lifeline Group Members get that additional benefit of registering one (1) principal address to become a Lifeline Protected Zone. This means that anyone in this address, regardless if they are a member or not, automatically becomes covered by Lifeline and are eligible to use our Premier Ambulance FREE OF CHARGE in the event of an emergency.

What is the response time?

As of 2023, Lifeline Averages a 12 minute response time in Metro Manila. This response time is on par with the likes of major areas such as New York and California.

Is there a limit to my ambulance use?

Lifeline Members are entitled to UNLIMITED use of our premier ambulances in the event of an emergency anywhere in Metro Manila.

What is a the difference between emergency and non emergency?

An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or the environment. It requires urgent intervention to prevent worsening or significant harm. A non-emergency is a situation that does not pose an immediate threat to health, life, property, or the environment. These situations require attention but not with the same urgency as an emergency.
