Patient Transfer Service rate for Lifeline Members start at a P5,500 flag down rate. Non-member rates start at P20,000 flag down rate.

What is the coverage are of Lifeline's Patient Transfer Service?
Lifeline's Patient Transfer service is available in Metro Manila and its adjacent provinces.

- Bacoor - Cavite
- Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo - Rizal
- Meycauyan, Obando, San Jose del Monte - Bulacan.
Are there any additional charges?
There are additional charges depending on the equipment needed by the client. Please be ensured that we provide the best equipment available for your care and safety.
Once we arrive, if the patient is delayed by 1 hour, there is a waiting fee charge of P2,000/per succeeding hour.
How early can I book a Patient Transfer Service?
Bookings can be done as soon as possible. To ensure the best service and quickest response time possible we recommend scheduling with our team at least (1) day before your desired pick up.
Can I book a Patient Transfer Service outside Metro Manila and Lifeline's Coverage Area?
Yes of course! There is only an additional kilometer charge of P100/km charged both ways.
Who is on-board in the Patient Transfer Service?
Patient Transfer Service comes standard with 2 EMTs/Nurses.
Doctors are available upon request.
