Refund policy

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of the member’s death, the Lifeline Membership is TRANSFERABLE, and any remaining duration may be transferred to another individual.

Refunds are only issued in cases of errors such as double payments. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will reflect the net sum of the refunded order or membership.
