Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is Lifeline Vehicle Membership tied to a person or a vehicle?

Unlike Lifeline Personal Memberships, which are tied to an individual, Lifeline Vehicle Membership is tied to the registered vehicle. This ensures that all occupants inside the vehicle during a medical emergency are covered.

Can I transfer my Vehicle Membership to a new vehicle?

Yes! If you replace your registered vehicle, you can request a transfer of your membership to the new vehicle. For transfer requests, please contact our customer care team through email: customercare@lifeline.com.ph

Are my passengers covered too?

Yes! Anyone inside your registered vehicle, whether family, friends, or passengers, are covered for emergency ambulance service.

What is Lifeline's Coverage area?

Lifeline's EQR service is available in Metro Manila and its adjacent provinces.

  • San Pedro - Laguna
  • Bacoor - Cavite
  • Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo - Rizal
  • Meycauyan, Obando
  • San Jose del Monte – Bulacan.

Can I make use of Lifeline's Services outside Metro Manila and Lifeline's Coverage Area?

Yes of course! There is only an additional kilometer charge of P100/km charged both ways.

What is the response time?

As of 2024, Lifeline Averages a 11 minute response time in Metro Manila. This response time is on par with the likes of major areas such as New York and California.

Is there a limit to my ambulance use?

Lifeline Vehicle Members are entitled to UNLIMITED use of our premier ambulances during medical emergencies while inside their registered vehicle.

What is the difference between emergency and non-emergency?

An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or the environment. It requires urgent intervention to prevent worsening or significant harm. A non-emergency is a situation that does not pose an immediate threat to health, life, property, or the environment. These situations require attention but not with the same urgency as an emergency.
If an ambulance run results in the patient being admitted to the Emergency Room (ER), Lifeline considers it an emergency case.
